New Label Announced!

Launched as a sister label to the mighty Subsonik Sound Recordings , we cater for all kinds of good Drum & Bass music. Just like the music itself, we know no boundaries, showcasing new talent as well as established artists from across the board. So whether you are into liquid, minimal, neuro, harder or whatever else kind of drum and bass, Variant Audio provides for all!

Starting things off proper is the Rearranged EP by London-based producer Drifta, which holds a selection of various styles of Drum & Bass, from nice and sunny flavours to tougher vibes. Drifta is now one of the scene's most prolific producers; his studio churns out an extremely wide array of audio prowess: from hip hop and electro, to bassline and trance; all delivered with proficiency and finesse. His fresh sound, comprised of rich trancy textures, dirty bass, pounding drums, and hauntingly beautiful vocals, is a direct result of his open-minded approach to all styles of music. Perfect for the label, we say!
